Professional work content
TURYA does not need the substantive contents of professional documents merely to operate ordinary local workflows in TURYA Clarinth. TURYA does not monitor the work people perform inside the application.
Product usage and telemetry
The verified release contains no first-party analytics, telemetry, crash-reporting, or session-replay system. This does not mean the product never communicates with online services.
Licensing, activation, and updates
Licensing, activation, entitlement verification, and updates may exchange limited technical information needed to provide those services. Verified licensing fields include identifiers and product environment details, not document contents.
Purchases
Purchase and billing information may be handled by a commerce provider when a purchase route is made available. The current provider details and retention terms are not yet canonical in this website repository.
Website analytics
This website includes no external analytics or behavioral-tracking script. Website analytics and product telemetry are separate decisions and would require explicit approval and disclosure.
Support and feedback
Support and feedback information is received only when a user chooses to send it. Users should send only information needed to explain the issue and should not include sensitive document content, licence keys, or confidential material.
Retention, deletion, and contact
Provider-specific retention periods, deletion procedures, and a canonical TURYA privacy contact are not yet recorded. These details require owner and legal review before production publication.
