Licence grant and installations
The final licence duration, permitted commercial or personal use, and number of authorized installations are not yet canonical. These terms must match shipped licensing behavior before publication.
Activation and entitlement
Activation and entitlement verification use limited technical communication. Internal identifiers and security implementation details are intentionally not published.
Deactivation, reinstallation, and transfer
Rules for replacing a computer, moving a licence, deactivation, and reinstallation are not yet approved for public wording.
Updates and discontinuation
Entitlement to minor or major updates and treatment of discontinued products remain unresolved. Long-term support and upgrade entitlements are not approved.
Restrictions
Final terms for redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, and termination require legal review and must correspond to enforceable product behavior.
Ownership and third-party components
TURYA ownership of the software, customer ownership of their work product, and required third-party notices need final legal confirmation. Data handling is described separately in Privacy.
